How ThaiDocPort LLC collects, uses, stores and protects the information you share with us.
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Who we are
ThaiDocPort LLC, 1350 Old Bayshore Hwy, Suite 620, Burlingame, CA 94010, USA, is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. We are a private, independent travel-assistance company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Thailand or any state agency, immigration authority or public body. You can reach our privacy team at [email protected].
What we collect
We collect only what we need to help you prepare and check your travel paperwork: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, country of passport, travel dates, itinerary and accommodation details, and the content of your messages. If you choose to share copies of documents such as a passport page or booking confirmation, we treat those as sensitive and handle them with extra care.
How we use it
We use your information to provide the service you asked for: to review your details, flag errors, produce a clean copy, answer your questions, and support you before, during and after your trip. We also use it to operate our business, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you and we do not sell it.
Legal bases
Where the law requires a basis, we rely on your consent, on the performance of our contract with you, on our legitimate interests in running a safe and honest service, and on compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example email and hosting providers — under contracts that require them to protect it. We may disclose information if the law compels us. We never sell personal information.
Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet our obligations, after which we delete or anonymise it. Document copies are deleted once your review is complete unless you ask us to keep them for a future trip.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have additional rights described in our do-not-sell-or-share page. To exercise any right, email [email protected].
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to limit what we hold.
Children
Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children except as part of a family booking made by an adult.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and change the date above. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
