A small, independent team of travel assistants who think arrival paperwork should be the least stressful part of a trip to Thailand.
Who we are
ThaiDocPort LLC is a private travel-assistance company registered in California, USA. We are not a state body, we are not connected to any authority, and we do not issue documents or decide outcomes. We are travelers and organisers who got tired of watching friends wrestle with forms at the airport, so we built a concierge service that checks the details before anyone flies.
What we believe
- Travelers deserve clear information, not jargon.
- Optional help should be honestly priced and easy to decline.
- Everyone should know they can do this themselves, free, through Thailand’s own channels.
- Small errors are worth catching early.
How we work
Our assistants follow a written checking routine: identity fields first, then dates, then accommodation and onward travel, then a final read for clarity. We keep our guidance current by watching the public public information travelers rely on, and when something is outside our remit we say so and point you to the proper place. We would rather lose a sale than overstate what we can do.
