Prices are in US dollars. We disclose the total before payment and never charge extra without telling you. You can always do everything yourself, free, through Thailand’s own channels.

Not included
- Any document, permission or visa — we never issue these
- Any decision about entry, stay or extension — not ours to make
- Any charge you have not seen in writing first
- A promise of any particular outcome
How paying works
You always see the full amount before you pay, and nothing is added without your agreement. Optional extras such as VIP lane coordination are quoted separately once we know your date and airport. If an extra turns out to be unavailable, it is refunded under our refund policy. And remember: using our paid service is entirely optional — you can complete your arrival documents yourself, free of charge, through Thailand’s own immigration channels.
